Seager started in the away game of Game 2 of the 2023 Major League Baseball Postseason Division Series against the Baltimore Orioles held at Oriole Park in Baltimore, Maryland, USA on the 9th (Korean time). He entered the game as a shortstop, batting second, and reached base as many as five times. He came to bat at number 6 and went 0-for-1, walked 5, and scored 2 runs, helping Texas to an 11-8 win.
